Bio

Eric Radoux is a composer, musician, and performer based in Bloomington, Indiana. He approaches songs from every angle equipped with a voice, guitar, trumpet, piano, percussion, electronics, and anything else that gives him the evil eye. Getting his start at the age of two on a plastic dinosaur piano, Eric eventually decided to give actual instruments a try. This wise decision has proven to be the one constant in his music. With a number of little recordings released here and there, it's clear that any musical avenue is fair game in his wanderings. Why?

While navigating his early years using a discerning taste in melodic 90s pop/rock, he stumbled upon a vast collection of offbeat music from a mysterious (and now defunct) Russian website. Rather than run off with the new lady and abandon his first love, Eric decided to infuse his innate pop sensibility with a strong experimental streak. Pleasing two loves with one song quickly became no trouble at all.

One may frequently find him contributing trumpet, bass, and vocals to Afro Hoosier Intl, and he recently added trumpets as an honorary member to the new album from Fire Chief Charlie.
